After a series of learning projects, I set myself the challenge to create and publish a game on the Google Play Store in just 48 hours.
The game itself only took roughly 6 hours to create, with a very simple gameplay loop. This project was more about learning the process of deploying a game to the play store, something I'd been wanting to do for some time. After just around 12 hours, I sent off the game to Google for approval, receiving confirmation it had been accepted around 4-5 days later.
Going through the deployment process taught me a lot about developing for mobile and the unique challenges that come with publishing your game on a non-pc platform.
Although the game is very simple, I was quite pleased with myself for finally going ahead with getting something published to the play store.
